We would like to provide you with an update regarding the current situation within our parcel distribution network in the Netherlands.

We are currently experiencing an exceptional peak in volume across all flows. Not only are domestic and export shipments significantly higher than usual but import volumes from other countries have also reached an extreme level. This causes pressure on our Carrier operational capacity.

In addition, a recent change in postcode allocation has introduced some operational challenges, which has further contributed to the delays in processing and delivery.

Additional staff have been deployed across our carrier network, and they are working at full capacity to process and deliver all parcels as quickly as possible, please allow 48h extra.
