Service Alert Middle East - Update

Due to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, airline suspensions and airspace restrictions continue to impact our international air network.

Shipments to the following destinations are currently on hold and cannot be accepted due to airspace closures and security restrictions:

Bahrain (BH)
Iran (IR)
Iraq (IQ)
Kuwait (KW)

Services to the following destinations have resumed with limited frequency, and delays are expected due to reduced capacity:

Qatar (QA)
Oman (OM)
Saudi Arabia (SA)
Jordan (JO)

For all other previously impacted destinations, alternative routings and carriers have been implemented and are operational.

Shipments to countries located east of the Middle East may experience delays due to rerouted flights, extended transit times and increased payload restrictions. This may result in last-minute offloads or flight cancellations.
