We would like to inform you of ongoing service disruptions in Belgium due to industrial action affecting Bpost, the national postal operator.

The strike has been in place since late March and continues to significantly impact mail and parcel operations across the country. Delivery services are currently heavily disrupted, particularly in Brussels and Wallonia, where collections and deliveries are either severely delayed or temporarily suspended. While services in Flanders are less affected, delays are still expected.

As a result, shipments to and within Belgium may experience extended transit times, limited tracking updates, and temporary processing backlogs. Even after the strike ends, it may take additional time for normal service levels to resume due to accumulated volumes.

We recommend allowing extra time for deliveries and, where possible, considering alternative courier solutions for urgent shipments.
