Consumer Registers a Return

Our Consumer Portal allows the start of the return journey, the consumer simply logs in to the portal using the details provided on the label, entering their order number and postcode.

Select the item you wish to return.

They can then select the item they wish to return and provide a reason for that return. All the options can be pre-defined by the retailer when setting up the portal.

Consumers can use the returns portal to track their return once it’s been collected.

Returns Method

The consumer can select their returns method and see their nearest drop-off points. There are also options for label in-box or label generation specified by the retailer.

Returns Tracking

The tracking is confirmed with a tracking number and a shipping label is generated. The customer just needs to take the parcel to the collection point and they can track the progress of their return in the portal giving them complete peace of mind.
