ISO 9001 Accreditation

Pro Carrier is proud to announce the company has achieved ISO 9001:2015 status.

ISO 9001:2015 accreditation means an internationally recognised regulator is satisfied that our systems, processes, and organisational plans are of a level of quality that improves how the company performs across a variety of criteria.

To achieve this accreditation, a company must follow the requirements outlined in the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The standard demonstrates the organisation’s ability to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement.

We would like to congratulate the QMS team who helped achieve this accreditation. This along with our IATA and AEO status demonstrates the rapid growth we are on as a business and highlights our intentions to provide our customers with unrivalled service excellence in the industry.

Why ISO 9001:2015?

ISO 9001:2015 is one of the most widely accepted international standards.

According to recent data, there are circa 900,000 valid certificates associated with organisations worldwide.

ISO 9001:2015 outlines the requirements for a quality management system (QMS) for a company:
“The achievement of ISO 9001 certification is an important milestone for Pro Carrier Group. Achieving the certification supports our ongoing ambition and appetite for continuing to expand our business portfolio and winning opportunities within the freight, shipping & cross border e-commerce industries, allowing us to add more value to our customers supply chains supported by internationally recognised quality management systems” says James Appleby, Managing Director at Pro Carrier.

  • It must show that it can consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and statutory and regulatory standards.
  • Aims to improve customer satisfaction by implementing a quality management system (QMS), which includes processes for system improvement, assurance of customer compliance, and compliance with applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • The standard also serves as the foundation for several industry standards that describe management system requirements in industries such as logistics, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing.
