The primary job roles and responsibilities of a Client Support Agent include:

  • A professional approach in answering calls and emails from customers
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Taking input of issues and managing the customer expectations
  • Maintaining records of queries and interactions

What You’ll need to Succeed

To achieve all of that, you will be able to demonstrate and show evidence of:

  • Strong Communication Skills
  • A proactive approach towards satisfying customer needs
  • An ability to learn quickly
  • The Client Account Executive must be competent and have strong knowledge of the company and company products
  • Understand the values of the business and have a desire to provide excellent levels of customer service

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise your workload and handle multiple tasks whilst maintaining a clear mind
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to develop yourself and others
  • Intermediate competency with Microsoft Office documents
  • Ability to learn and work on internal systems for client query and recording tasks
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the international parcels industry with a complete understanding of the requirements to handle international parcels including knowledge on final mile carrier communication
